Pumpkin Lactation Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 C Kodiak cake mix
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (or applesauce or banana)
  • 1/2 C chocolate chips (optional)
  • 3/4 C milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 C canola oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 C old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 C ground golden flax seeds
  • 2 tblsp. brewer's yeast
  • 1 tblsp. chia seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉
  2. In a large mixing bowl add add your dry igendeints.
  3. In a seperate bowl combine your wet ingredients.
  4. Mix seperatley, then combine.
  5. Grease your muffin pan or pop in liners and fill to the top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick insterted in the center comes out clean.
