Directions

  1. 1. Sautée onion and garlic and potatoes in cooking spray
  2. 2. Add the broccoli into the Sautée onion and garlic and potatoes mix on the stove.
  3. 3. In a Separate bowl crack two eggs.
  4. 4. Pour in almond milk, a few tablespoons of cottage cheese and two part skim cheese sticks with the eggs.
  5. 5. Mix it altogether and cook it in the oven at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
  6. This recipe makes six servings. Each serving is one point on the weight watchers blue plan.
