  • 75g frozen raspberries
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 5ml vanilla essence
  • 7g crunchy peanut butter
  • 42g high Fibre bread
  • Low fat latte

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, raspberries, milk, vanilla and 1/2 cup of ice together. Pour into a glass.
  2. Spread peanut butter over toast and enjoy with the smoothie if serving.
  3. Follow with a takeaway latte, or a latte made at home using 1 cup of low-fat milk.
