  • 1 spicy chile pepper (any variety would work here), sliced
  • 1 bunch of Swiss chard, cut into 1/2-inch ribbons
  • 1 cup spinach (tightly packed)
  • 1/2 bunch dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
