Directions

  1. Oven - 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters. Place potatoes on a sheet pan and spread out to 1 layer.
  3. Toss the potatoes in olive oil until well coated. Sprinkle with salt, pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until browned and crisp.
