Heat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper or foil.
Place one pretzel for each Rolo on the cookie sheet. Top each pretzel with a Rolo.
Bake 3-5 minutes until the Rolo just begins to soften, but not melt. Remove from oven, top with either a pecan half or another pretzel. Cool completely.
