Ingredients

  • Bahan
  • Sambal rujak:
  • 10 buah cabai rawit merah
  • ½ sdt terasi bakar
  • 4 sdm gula merah sisir
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 80 ml air matang
  • 2 sdm air asam jawa
  • Cireng:
  • 400 g tepung sagu
  • 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
  • 3 batang bawang daun, iris tipis
  • 5 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 400 ml air mendidih
  • Minyak sayur, untuk menggoreng.(f)

Cara Membuat:

  1. Sambal: Ulek cabai, terasi, gula, dan garam hingga halus. Masukkan sisa bahan, aduk rata. Sisihkan.
  2. Cireng: Campur tepung, ketumbar, bawang daun, bawang putih, dan garam. Tuang air, aduk rata. Biarkan hingga tidak panas.
  3. Ambil 1 sdm adonan, pipihkan.
  4. Goreng di dalam minyak banyak yang panas hingga matang dan kuning keemasan. Angkat, tiriskan. Ulangi langkah yang sama untuk sisa adonan.
  5. Sajikan disertai sambal rujak.
  6. Untuk 12 porsi
