Rumchata Vanilla Pudding Shots
Ingredients
- 2 (3.9-oz.) pkgs. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup RumChata Liqueur
- 1 cup Pinnacle Vanilla Vodka
- 1 (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 50 plastic condiment cups
Directions
- 1) Whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and RumChata.
- 2) Stir the vodka into the pudding mixture.
- 3) Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- 4) Spoon the mix into 2-oz. plastic cups with lids with a medium cookie scoop, leaving some room for expansion. Freeze until ready to serve.
