  • 1 lb de saumon frais sans la peau, cuit et en morceaux
  • 2 tasses de fenouil, coupé en dés
  • 1/2 tasse d’aneth frais, haché
  • 1/2 tasse d’huile d’olive
  • 1/4 de tasse de vinaigre de vin blanc
  • 1/4 de tasse de caprons, tranchés
  • 3 oignons verts, hachés
  • Le zeste de 1 orange
  • Sel et poivre, au goût
