Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cuire le riz et le saumon.
  2. Faire la mayo avec le jaune, des deux moutarde, l’huile et y ajouter l’huile de sesame, la harissa, le jus de citron, la sauce soja.
  3. Assembler le riz, le saumon, le concombre en tranches et l’avocat.
  4. Saupoudrer de graines de sesame et ajouter la sauce.
