  • 1 punnet strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup bocconcini balls
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
  • Sarah’s Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper

  1. Place greens on a plate, add strawberries, bocconcini and almonds.
