  • 1 Lb. Hot sausage, uncooked
  • 1 (8 OZ) block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Cups Bisquick Baking mix
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together sausage and cream cheese.
  4. Then add in cheese.
  5. Then add bisquick.
  6. Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls.
  7. Pop the baking sheet into the fridge with the balls for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
