Let dough rise in the bag. It should take no longer than an hour.
Once it has risen, dust your work space with flour and rub a bit on your hands to prevent dough from sticking. Remove dough from the bag and use flour to keep it from sticking. With your hands, stretch dough to a rectangle shape roughly 6 inches wide and 2 inches tall. Once stretched, cut horizontally once and vertically 3 times to make six pieces. Get an appropriately sized frying pan and melt butter in the oil over medium high heat. Once butter is boiling, place dough into pan and let cook 6 minutes on one side, flip with a knife and 6 on the other or until both sides are a little on the dark golden brown side. While cooking they should puff up in size. Remove from pan onto a grease catcher (paper towel). If they do not seem done, microwave for 30 seconds. Toss each piece in cinnamon sugar and serve.
