  • 4-6 Chilly
  • 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilly
  • 2 tsp Mixed Masala
  • 1 TBS Salt
  • 1 Big Tomato
  • 1/4 Lemon

Directions

  1. First wash the fish, then wash it again with turmeric and salt.
  2. Then fry it with turmeric and salt + 3/4 lemon.
  3. (You do this only for frozen and sea fish)
  4. Then cook like normal.
  5. Put half the tomato at first, then remaining just after the oil comes at top.
