Ingredients
- For the potatoes:
- 2 lbs pounds russet potatoes
- Salt pepper and butter to taste
- 1 egg yolk (optional)
- Or 2 bob evans reg size mashed potatoes with parmesean cheese
- For the meat filling:
- 1 onion
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic and wine seasoning, smoked paprika, ground mustard, dijon mustard, white pepper, sriracha to taste, 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2.5 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken/beef stock
- 2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups of mixed veggies, thawed and dry
