  • 1 dl hasselpähkinöitä tai manteleita (tai puolet ja puolet)
  • 3, 5 dl kaurahiutaleita (mikäli haluat varmasti gluteenittoman tuotteen, varmista, että kaurahiutalepaketista löytyy "gluteeniton"-merkintä)
