Simple Oat & Almond Crackers (Toddler-Friendly)

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup oat flour 120g
  • • 1 cup almond flour 96g
  • • 2–3 tbsp butter 42g
  • • ¼–½ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • • 2–3 tbsp warm water (as needed to bind)

Directions

  1. 1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add oil and a few tablespoons of water — mix with your hands or a spatula until a soft dough forms.
  3. 3. Roll out between baking paper to about 3–5mm thick.
  4. 4. Cut into small cracker shapes or rustic squares.
  5. 5. Bake at 160°C (fan) for 15–20 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
  6. 6. Let cool completely to crisp.
