Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chili

Ingredients

• 1 15 oz. can Muir Glen tomato sauce
• 1 15 oz. can Muir Glen diced tomatoes
• 1 cup water
• 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 vidalia onion, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 T chili powder
• 1 T paprika
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, more to taste
• 1 T ground cumin
• 1 ½ tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
• Himalayan sea salt, to taste
