Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 15g granola (optional)
  • 1 frozen banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoons almond butter
  • Pinch cinnamon, optional
  • 35g protein powder

Directions

  1. In a blender combine Greek yoghurt, frozen berries and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the bananas to the blender. Let it sit in the blender for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly. Turn the blender on low and let it slowly chop up the fruit into small pieces.
  3. Add in the milk and blend, starting on low and working the speed up slowly, until smooth. Use a tamper or scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and add on your desired toppings.
  5. Pour into a bowl and top with granola if desired.
  6. Enjoy chilled.
