Sourdough Zucchini Bread [Make It With Discard]

Ingredients

  • ▢ 170 g Butter room temp
  • ▢ 250 g Sugar
  • ▢ 2 Eggs room temp
  • ▢ 200 g Sourdough Starter
  • ▢ 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ▢ 300 g Zucchini Shredded (weigh the zucchini first, then squeeze out the excess moisture)
  • ▢ 390 g All Purpose Flour
  • ▢ 6 g Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • ▢ 10 g Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • ▢ 5 g Salt ½ tsp
  • ▢ 2 teaspoon Cinnamon or as much as you'd like
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon Ginger or as much as you'd like
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon Nutmeg or as much as you'd like
