For the squash
Cut in half, scrap out seeds
Rinse and dry with tissue
Drizzle olive oil and brush all over to spread
Add salt and garlic and herbs
Flip open side down on parchment paper
Cook for 30 min at 400f
For the meat
Sautee onion and green peppers, cook
When almost done add some tomato sauce
When squash is cooked, take out, flip over and scrape out with fork
Add meat, parsley, mozzarella
Toss in oven for 10-15 min at 375
Take out and add Parmesan
