Special Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 56 oz French green beans, drained
- 1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
- Dry onions
Directions
- Sauté onion in butter
- Add flour, salt, sugar & pepper
- Mix in sour cream, beans & cheese
- Pour in 9x13 baking dish
- Top with dried onions
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400
