Directions

  1. Toss together 1 1/2 cups broccoli roasted with 1 tsp olive oil, 3/4 cup cooked farro mixed with 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/2 cup steamed lentils and 1/4 avocado, diced. Top with 1 tsp Sriracha sauce, if desired.
