Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 11/2 cups of shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 TBSP of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 9 oz frozen spinach (fresh chopped spinach is good too)
- 112 oz jar of drained and chopped artichoke hearts

- combine everything in a crockpot and stir
- •cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring at least a couple times while the cheese melts
