Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 11/2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 9 oz frozen spinach (fresh chopped spinach is good too)
  • 112 oz jar of drained and chopped artichoke hearts

Directions

  1. combine everything in a crockpot and stir
  2. •cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring at least a couple times while the cheese melts
