Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- Steaks / New York strip / sizzlers
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Heinz 57

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in plastic bag
- Chill for 1 - 4 hrs
- Heat cast iron skillet on high for 10 minutes turn down to med high or heat grill for 10 minutes with grill pan in place
- Add steaks and cook to desired doneness 4 minutes per side depending on thickness of the steaks
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving
