1. Lightly oil the crockpot and place the meat at the bottom of the pot.
2. Place the sliced mushrooms over the meat.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture over the meat and mushrooms.
4. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
5. Mix together and serve over cooked egg noodles.
