  • 1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • 1/3 cup lightly salted roasted pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons chopped drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 small garlic cloves, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Flaky salt, for garnish
