Ingredients

  • Minced pork
  • Light soy sauce
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Olive oil
  • Corn flour
  • Egg yolk x 1

Directions

  1. Add light soy sauce, sesame oil, corn flour, egg yolk to minced pork and mix well
  2. Flatten minced pork mixture following plate/bowl shape with a spoon
  3. Add a little olive oil on top of minced pork mixture
  4. Steam at high fire for 15mins then bring down to low fire and continue to steam for 5mins
  5. Mix light and dark soy sauces in a bowl
  6. Remove meat patty from fire and drizzle mixed sauce (light and dark soy sauce) on top of the patty
  7. Ready to serve
