  • Rack of baby back ribs (with casing on the back removed)
  • Apple juice
  • Honey
  • Steve's seasoning
  • Steve's BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Dry rub the ribs in seasoning on the ribs the night before
  2. Smoke the ribs for 2 hours
  3. Rap the ribs in tin foil
  4. Spread honey over the ribs and spray with apple juice
  5. Turn heat up to 250 for another two hours
  6. Take the ribs out of the tin foil and place directly on smoker for 1 hour at 250
  7. Baste with honey, BBQ sauce, and spritz with Apple juice.
