  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • GRAVY:
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 cups Beef Broth (as needed)
  • Browning sauce (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • SERVING:
  • Mashed Potatoes or Egg Noodles
