Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9" cracker pie crust/1 1/2 lbs frozen strawberry/1 1/2 tbs sugar/3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk/1/2 Tsp vanilla extrac/2 cups cool whip
Directions
- In blender or food processor,with sugar Nd sweetens condensed milk vanilla and kosher salt until fruit is finely chopped and smooth/. Spread strawberry mixture evenly into piec crust/make sure pie lays flat in freezer/freeze until pie frozen/spread evenly with cool whip/opp garnish with sliced stwawberrys and return to freezer until ready to serve
