Mix pretzel crumbs and butter in a 13X9 pan, press firmly on bottom. Refrigerate.
Combine milk, strawberries, lime juice. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Freeze 6 hours, remove 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with strawberries.
Variation - beat 1 softened package (8 oz) cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk (with electric mixer). Add strawberries and lime juice, mix. Continue as directed using cool whip strawberry topping.
