- Strawberry Mousse Filling:
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 2 & 1/4 tsp powdered gelatin (standard .25 oz packet)
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Optional: additional whipped cream and strawberries to decorate the pie
