Sugar-free Jam

Ingredients

  • 600 grams/4 cups blueberries or other berries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger, optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place berries in a pot and smash
  2. Add honey and ginger and lemon, heat over medium heat
  3. Boil, stirring sometimes, for 40 minutes or until thick
  4. Let cool and store in a clean jar
  5. Can last up to 1 week or can be frozen
