Directions

  1. Place pitted cherries in a mixture of brandy, amaretto, and cherry juice with a tablespoon of orange extract on the stovetop. Bring just to a simmer the jar cherries and brandy mixture. Wait for liquid to cool before stirring on top. Store in fridge for several hours to several months before eating. Clove and cinnamon can be added during the winter months.
