Summer Slaw

Ingredients

  • Purple cabbage (1/4)
  • Fuji apple 1
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Shredded carrot 1/2 cup
  • Raw slivered almonds 1/2 cup
  • Kale 4 leaves
  • Green cabbage (1/8)
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup of either coconut teriyaki aminos, liquid aminos, or coconut aminos or a combination thereof

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage kale and all other ingredients very fine
  2. Julienne apples, bell peppers into matchstick shapes
  3. Combine all vegetal ingredients in a large bowl
  4. In a small mason jar shake together liquid components to make dressing
  5. Add dressing and almonds to salad
