Taffy Apple Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 egg beaten slightly
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 container whipped cream topping
• 6 apple cord peel and chopped in small chunks
• 2 cups miniature marshmallow colorful
• 1 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Directions

Drain pineapples
Combine sugar lemon juice eggs cornstarch and pineapple juice in a sauce pan cook over a low flame stir constantly until it becomes thick let it cook for about 5 min
Stir it whipped topping cornstarch apples pineapples marshmallow and peanuts and ler it cool
