  • butter one stick
  • 1 kg onion cut into have moons (3-4)
  • sugar -3-4TB
  • balsamic vinegar 4-5 TB
  • chives
  • pack of chevre (smooth)

Directions

  1. cut onions, saute with butter
  2. add the sugar and balsalmic
  3. mix, cheese, salt, pepper, chives (chopped up)
  4. pre heat pie crust until more solid but not fully cooked
  5. spread cheese mix on crust
  6. add onions on top
  7. bake at 400 degrees, for 20 mins
