▢ 4 cups 1000 mL water
▢ 2 tablespoon brown sugar packed
▢ 3 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
▢ ½ cup evaporated milk to taste
▢ Iced crushed
Homemade Thai Tea Blend
▢ 2 whole star anise pods
▢ 3 green cardamom pods
▢ ½ cinnamon stick 2-3 inches long
▢ ½ tablespoon Vanilla extract
▢ ¼ cup black tea leaves preferably Ceylon Tea
