Thin Crust Veggie Pizza 7"

Ingredients

  • Thin Crust:
  • 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 3/4 tsp Salt (As needed per taste)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 tsp Red Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Oz Dry Yeast
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes Medium Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Onions Chopped (Medium)
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Jalapeños Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Olives Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Multicolor Bell Peppers Chopped or Sliced
  • Baking:
  • 3 qty 11" Perforated Pizza Pan

Directions

  1. In a Glass bowl take 1 cup warm water. Add dry yeast, Salt and Sugar in water.
  2. Mix with spoon. Let it stay for 15 mins.
  3. In a large bowl take all purpose flour and add 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Add water in the flour and kneed well with your hand. The dough should soft enough. Kneed until dough is mixed and does not stick to hands.
  5. Create large dough ball. Take 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil and apply around dough ball.
  6. Keep dough ball in a bowl and cover the bowl with warm kitchen cloth or plastic wrap.
  7. Keep the bowl in warm and dry place in kitchen for 30 mins or until dough ball size is almost double.
  8. When dough is double in size punch it with your hand, mix and create a loaf. Cut the loaf into 3 equal pieces and create 3 balls.
