In a skillet Sauté garlic in butter for one minute
Add mushrooms and cook until done
Set aside in a dish
Add wine to the skillet, bring to a boil, cook and stir for 5 min, Pour wine over mushrooms
Dry fish completely, add jalapeño infused Olive Oil to pan, add fish and cook 3 min on each side
Return mushrooms to pan, warm and then top with cheese and parsley
