  • 1 pack of Philadelphia cheese 300mg
  • 2 small packs of crème fraîche (25cl each)
  • 1 big spoon of sugar (ne3im)
  • 3 packs of savoiardi
  • 2 big spoons of Nescafé
  • 1 bol of water
  • 1 big spoon of Rhum
  • Cacao

Directions

  1. Mix the crème fresh with the sugar
  2. Mix them with the Philadelphia cheese
  3. Let them rest on the side
  4. In a bol mix water with the Nescafé and Rhum
  5. Start dipping each savoirdi in it
  6. You can start doing the first layer of savoirdi
  7. Second layer put the crème
  8. Third layer savoirdi
  9. Fourth layer crème
  10. Put it in the fridge for at least 5hours
  11. Spread the cocoa on the top before you eat it (using a small mosfayé)
