  • Latte 100ml
  • Cointreau 30ml
  • Farina 210gr
  • Arance 2
  • Limone 1
  • Noci 300gr
  • Lievito 1 bustina

Directions

  1. Lavorare bene il burro con lo zucchero
  2. Aggiungere le uova una ad una
  3. Aggiungere il latte
  4. Aggiungere il succo delle due arance
  5. Aggiungere Cointreau
  6. Aggiungere la farina setacciata
  7. Aggiungere il lievito
  8. Aggiungere il limone grattato e appena un po’ di arancia grattata
  9. Aggiungere 100gr di noci tritate quasi a farina
  10. Aggiungere 200gr di noci leggermente spezzettate
  11. Infornare in forno statico a 180 gradi per 40 min
