Ingredients

  • 1,5 hg bietole o spinaci
  • 4 uova
  • 1,5 hg mandorle
  • 5 hg ricotta di mucca
  • 9 cucchiai zucchero
  • Un po’ di sassolino
  • 1 cucchiaino di lievito

Directions

  1. Fare la pasta frolla con un uovo, poco lievito, un po’ di burro (0,5 hg), zucchero (1hg).
  2. In una terrina buttare i rossi con lo zucchero.
  3. Aggiungere gli spinaci passati al burro.
  4. Unire le mandorle tritate al tutto.
  5. Unire i chiare a neve.
  6. Cuocere a fuoco normale (200-220°) con sotto la pasta frolla.
