Ingredients
- 1 baby gem lettuce, wash and roughly chop
- 200g tuna steak, grilled to medium
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, roughly chopped
- 4 baby beetroots, roasted, quartered
- 1 punnet mixed coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 200g mixed green and yellow beans, blanched, roughly chopped
- 20 black olives, remove pips and cut in half
- 3 kipfler potatoes, boiled and chopped roughly, chunky chop
- 40g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- cracked pepper and salt, seasoningDressing:
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
