Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/8 cup of cream
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes at 375 for 80 minutes
  2. Scoop out potato, saving the skins, putting the potato in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add mixture into each potato skin / shell.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until mixture is golden brown.
  5. Optional - add cheddar cheese on top of mixture before re-heating
