Preheat oven to 350.
Add oats, almonds, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, flax and salt to a bowl. Toss to combine.
Add in remaining ingredients and then toss until completely coated.
Spread into an even layer on a large, parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Rotate the tray/toss granola and bake for another 10-11 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container on the counter or in the freezer.
