Scald milk. Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and salt and blend. Add scalded milk to egg mixture, stirring to mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and dash of nutmeg. Pour mixture through strainer into 4 buttered custard cups or pint mold. Cover with waxed paper and arrange cups or mold on rack in cooker. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and cook under pressure for 4 minutes. Cool cooker at room temperature, then under cool water. Sprinkle custards with nutmeg or cinnamon.

Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for about 60 min. Let cool and then top with glaze & enjoy!"
