  • 3 c spelt flour
  • 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 c coconut oil
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 container alpro soy vanilla pudding
  • Prune butter filling:
  • 4 c pitted prunes
  • 3/4 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c brown sugar

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and whisk. Mix wet. Blend both together and mix with dough hook. Roll flat and cut into circles. Add filling of choice to center. Pinch 3 corners, and bake on 180 10-12 min or until browning at edges.
