Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in boiling water
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder*
  • ½ tsp salt
  • *In future, I may try sambal oelek instead of chili powder.
